Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?

No. The form sends a booking request. The owners will confirm availability, the full price, payment schedule and rental terms before a reservation is accepted.

What is the minimum stay?

The usual minimum stay is seven nights. Longer stays of one or two weeks are especially welcome.

What does the estimate include?

The calculator includes the nightly accommodation estimate and the €125 end-of-stay cleaning charge. Any special terms will be confirmed in writing before booking.

Where exactly is the apartment?

It is in a quiet residential development in San Luis de Sabinillas, within the municipality of Manilva, Málaga. Precise arrival information is supplied to confirmed guests.
